New Beginning

After the wedding, both couples walked outside the wedding place and sat inside the cars. Four are sitting in complete silence, not knowing what to even say. The two cars passed each other on their way. Janice and Adithya want to do everything possible in their power to make their married life as beautiful as possible. David and Parul caught each other’s eye, thinking about their new life. "He is my husband now." Janice mumbled to herself entering David's room. "She is my wife now." Adithya mumbled to himself while watching Parul enter his room. "And this is our new life."

However, it is not in most people’s worlds. And mainly in four people’s world who had this vivid description of expectations for their futures but ended up with another vivid unexpected futures. Everything was simple from the beginning in their own perspectives, but it was not from the beginning in real sense, and it keeps on moving far away from simple with each moment and in the end turns the lives upside down but not the four people’s because one of them got what they want but still went with the flow like an innocent. With that confusion, misconceptions arise, and secrets will be revealed along with a clearance of misunderstandings and what not. It all seems to be too much of a trap, but what can anyone does when they really got trapped by the destiny or is it something else. All this can either be described as "What is meant to be always finds a way" or as "Karma is really a bitch" … Let’s see what the perfect description can be ...
A PRETENSE
9·background21When we get too much involved in the act of pretending, we lose the idea of knowing the pretense of others. Isn’t that how it works? We don’t know the acts we do thinking good for the others even to the extent of hurting them to save them from major hurt will cause them to go through much more than we can think of. Sometimes it is not too late to correct the pretenses but sometimes it is late to amend them. Let’s see whether it is too late or just in time.

He said before turning away ending the discussion, and she walked away with slumped shoulders feeling nothing but defeat in the attempt to get herself released from him again.
