Session 6

Third Person's Pov.

"You're going to the party?"asked Vanessa's friend Alice in disbelief and shock.

"Yes" Vaness replied quite reluctantly after the session she had daisy she decided to live her life also.

"That's amazing,"she squealed."We can get ready together instead of you just complimenting me and then me leaving to go."

"Yeah yeah whatever" Vanessa grumbled inresponse,waving the girl off moodily.

Sandra decided join in their discussion at that moment ,"Hey girls" sandra greeted them.

"Hey andra" They greeted back with a warmsmile. Andra was a nickname for her,well everybody's nickname for her.

"So what did I hear you girls saying about the party?"she asked. "Oh right on time Vanessa right here decided to come with us tonight" Alice informed her.

"No way, you've got to be shitting me," Sandra said baffled, "You"she pointed to Vanessa

"Doctor Vanessa, I'm busy wants to go to a party.".

"Well I don't want to go" she rolled her eyes,remembering her decision "but I supposed I have to."

"What do you mean you have to?"asked Alice skeptically.

"It's nothing serious,just a little decision I made after a session is all."

As expected Sandra's jaw had dropped to the floor and Alice was looking at me wide eyed,like Vanessa had three heads with the statement she made

"You made that decision all by yourself?" Sandra sked Vanessa in disbelief.

"Yes I did" she sighed trying to be positive even though she was not looking forward to the party at all.

"When-.W-Why" Alive became a spluttering mess.

"Therapy session, just said that a minute ago Alice " Vanessa sighed resting her head on Sandra's shoulder.

"It looks like you need a therapy session for your self" Sandra comments and Vanessa rolled her,eyes,slightly amused.

"Always so kind Sandra, you are gonna pay for the session righy" Vanessa smiled sarcastically.

"You didn't answer my other question" Alice interjected."Why?"

"Oh,cause I want to live a little and go somewhere fun apart from the usual clubbing " Vanessa explained vaguely,but enough that they understood the situation.

"Oh that's nice"Sandra sucked a breath between her teeth." I guess you deserve it with all the sessions you have to go through daily."

"Can we see some of your notes?"Sandra asked witha smirk on her face.

"You should know that those are confidential especially since you are one of my patients" Vanessa sternly said to her.

"Everyone's filesare personal and no one is allowed to look at them but me.","You're no fun," Sandra pouted in a childish way.

"It's almost 9:00" Ginny observed lookingat the clock on the wall st the dining table

"We should get ready.","Ugh" Vanessa muttered in disgust and reluctantly shut the book that she was,reading about Psychology.

"Come on"Alice had practically dragged,"I will meet you guys at the front door" Sandra said making her way to the door to go to her apartment which was 10 minutes away.

With a lot of complaining on Vanessa's end, and much dragging and remarks about her,"Oh I have the perfect thing for you to wear",a short dress with a mid slit.,"I am not wearing that"Vanessa scoffed

"You have to,you would look so good" Alice said ,"No it's so,revealing" Vanessa whispered with disgust.

Alice merely rolled her eyes at Vanessa, "you can be a baby at times "Alice says as Vanessa shoved the dress in her face once more.

"Come on, it's a party you have to look good.","What about this?"Alice asked pulling out a body con dress of made of silk that was red in colour.

"I didn't know you worked at the bar" Vanessa commented at the hideous dress..

"Fuck off Nessa" Alice retorted, putting the terrible excuse of a dress back in her closet.

She searched through her closet,but found nothing that met Vanessa's standards of a'good dress'.

Vanessa knew tha Alice wouldn't let her out of the tower unless she wore something she considered 'appropriate'while Vanessa considered it 'inappropriate.

Already knowing that Vanessa was going to take the dress she was holding it up expectantly and handed it to her excitedly.

Vanessa changed into the dress trying to desperately find a way to cover all the skin that was showing.

Alice turned from the mirror to look at Vanessa and she squealed so loudly happily jumping around her like a four year old child.,"you are gonna make me dead Alice" Vanessa said clutching her ear.

Ignoring her comment "You look gorgeous Nessa but you're missing one thing"she said taking off her simple necklace.

"Alice" Vanessa groaned."I kind of need those to feel comfortable"

"Wear these,"she said,handing her a long earrings.

"Fine" Vanessa surrendered putting the earrings on, she felt uncomfortable in them but she knew she had to get used to them.

"Perfect"Alice squealed,clapping her hands together.,"Thank you,you look absolutely stunning"she curtsied teasingly.

Alice was wearing a strapless black dress that showed more cleavage than necessary.Her dress had a gem stones on them and her hazel brown hair dropped onto her chest.

She honestly looked like a barbie doll,but a pretty one.,"Come on we wouldn't want to be late" Alice pushed Vanessa out of their room and out the front door where Vanessa was waiting.

"Oh my god! Nessa is that you?"she asked Vanessa.,"Yeah,why-what's wrong?" Vanessa asked

"Nothing, It's just-you look so different"she exclaimed.,"Is that a good thing or a bad thing?"Vanessa asked,starting to feel more conscious of her revealing appearance.

"Definitely a good thing"she looked at Vanessa's body up and down with a smirk.

Alice pulled them both out when sandra thought Vanessa didn't notice, she turned to Alice and shot her a thumbs up because of nessa"'s outfit.

The trio burst the door to the party open,almost hitting making Vanessa tumble in her steps which Vanessa which could have happened so she could turn around.

Their friend whose name I guess was Emilystared at me before asking."who is this ?"she asked frantically.

"Emily silly you, it's vanessa our best friend" Alice clarified for her.

Did she really look that different?All she,had done was put on a little makeup, a tightdress,and contacts.Surely,she couldn't have looked so different to the point where no one could recognize her.

"Y-Your Vanessa ?You look so different" Emily's face had contorted into a shock hiding some of the disgust that was hiding on her face.

"Yeah it's me, so are we partying or what?" Vanessa asked getting a little irritated

"Oh yeah, let's start of with some shots" Sandra asked as she dragged Vanessa with her,forcing her to leave Alice and Emily

Getting to the drink spot, Sandra gave her a smile and Vanessa had a smug devilish grin on her face "let's get the party started" they screamed clinking their glass of shot together.

From outside the only way you'd be able to tell that there was a party was the groups of people arriving at the party otherwise you could not hear the music from outside of the doors nor was there a scent of alcohol in the air.

But when Vanessa stepped into the commonroom music was blasting she had lost her friends somewhere in the crowd.

There could have been an earthquake and nobody would be,able to tell the difference.The strong stench of alcohol,sweat,and sex was in the air.

Vanessa saw Alice and Sandra by the bar grabbing drinks.They waved Vanessa over to them so she quickly abandoned her sport without a second thought to go over to her friends.

They were both holding bottles of vodka. .

"How do you like the party?" Alice asked all Vanessa.

Vanessa gazed at her friends like she was in a drunken state but she had only had a couple of shots.

Then they noticed Sandra smiling at someone, trying to look at who she was staring at they saw her boyfriend Chris who was staring at sandra with hearts in his eyes

She handed over her bottle to Vanessa who took a small sip of it.She was a tadbit of a lightweight when it came to alcohol.

"It's amazing now that my baby is here"Sandra said still blushing

"Go talk to him" Vanessa pushed her forward,toward Chris who was chatting up with one of his guy friends.

"But what if he claims he is busy ?"Sandra asked as Vanessa vontinued to push her towards Chris.

"Oh leave that to me,"Vanessa said with one final push and Sandra was being invited into aconversation with Chris and his friend.

"Now just to get rid of this guy" Vanessa said to herself.

She walked over to Chris and his friend where,they were chatting amicably and Sandra was looking like an awkward third wheel.

"Hi, could I borrow you for a moment?"she asked. He told chris he would be backand nodded to vanessa.

She dragged him to where Alice was sipping on her vodka bottle like she was watching an entertaining show.

" So what did you need?"he asked holding hisown drink.,"Oh nothing,I just wanted to get Chris and Sandra alone" Vanessa smiled deviously.

"Oooh "he said as the realization finally hit him."Sandra's?".

"Yeah I'm one of her best friends if you didn't know" Vanessa said like it was the most obvious thing."If you ask she'll tell you"

"Really? He scratched the back of his head as he chuckled giving a flirty smile
