Chapter 4. I'm not just anyone
With her heart in her hand, Mina looks out the window and quickly stands up. When she does, she notices a sports car driving away from her street. She stares until she can no longer see it.
She feels a shock in her chest that prevents her from thinking clearly. The truth is that she feels a little dizzy and has a horrible urge to vomit.
She retraces her steps to look at her empty bed...
"Claudia!" she whispers, and then covers her mouth. "Damn it, where the hell is Claudia?"
Just then, she hears a noise at the window and turns to see her friend climbing in. When she looks at her, her eyes widen.
"What the hell, Mina? Where the hell were you?
"What happened?"
They stare at each other, neither of them understanding a thing. They both left without knowing where the other was.
"How the hell did you get home?"
"Claudia, what did you do to me at that club?" she accuses her.
"What?"
"You drugged me, that's what happened..."
"It was just two drinks, I didn't think you'd get that drunk. You disappeared in the bathroom, I looked everywhere for you and couldn't find you."
The brunette crosses her arms as she listens to her talk, which reminds her of that guy who apparently took her home, but at what cost? She immediately tenses up because she doesn't know what happened between them.
"Can you tell me how you got here?" Claudia looks doubtfully at her friend, as she never imagined she would return home.
"I honestly don't know."
"What the hell are you talking about?"
"Claudia, you shouldn't have left me alone, and you definitely shouldn't have offered me those drinks. I still feel dizzy and like I'm going to throw up."
Her friend looks guilty, but Mina refuses to budge. It was her friend's fault that everything that happened with that stranger happened.
"That doesn't explain how you got here."
Mina preferred to keep that secret to herself. She wasn't ready to explain anything because she didn't even know what the hell to say.
"I think we'd better go to bed. I'm very dizzy and quite tired."
"Yes, I think that's best. Your parents might wake up and find us dressed like this."
After showering, the two friends got into bed, but Mina couldn't sleep because she couldn't stop thinking about the guy she had seen. She wondered over and over again who the hell he was, why he had taken her home, and whether they had had sex.
She was very concerned about the last part. How could she know if she had had sex with someone? She bites her lip, looks to the side, noticing that her friend is already fast asleep, exhales, and tells herself mentally that she must sleep.
But when she closed her eyes, the first thing that came to mind were those gray eyes staring at her. However, she shook those thoughts out of her head because she had to forget about it.
The only thing she had to worry about was whether she had lost her virginity to that stranger.

Sitting behind his desk, Paolo reviews some documents on his table, and just as he is reading, some red flag thoughts come to him that make him look up quickly.
He frowns as he remembers the lustful, flushed face of that girl as she masturbated her vagina. He leaves the papers on the desk and leans back to continue thinking about her.
He opened the flap of his jacket to take out the young woman's ID, stared at her photo, then looked at her home address. It seemed very strange to him to see her climbing up the trellis of the house, although when he thought about it, she was probably one of those girls who ran away from home to do her own thing.
"Of course that's how it is," he says, throwing the card on the table and looking at it from a distance.
Suddenly, someone opens the door and the CEO looks up to see Alexandro enter. He immediately picks up the papers from the table and places them on top of the ID card.
"Paolo, what happened yesterday? You disappeared out of nowhere. I was looking everywhere for you."
"I didn't have to stay there," he replies, turning his gaze back to the documents.
"I know, I know, I understand why you left," he replies, then takes a seat.
Paolo didn't want Alexandro to find out about Mina. He knew him well; he was a degenerate when it came to young girls like her. He knew his vices, and very young women caught his attention.
"Well? Are you ready for this afternoon's meeting?"
"I don't like your proposal, Alexandro," he replies, throwing the papers on the table and then looking at the blond man. "What you're proposing doesn't seem right for my company. I could lose machinery and a lot of money."
Alexandro frowned noticeably when his boss gave him that answer. If Paolo didn't accept the proposal, he would lose a lot of money that he had already set aside. He was counting on him to accept without any problems.
"What are you talking about? It's a good business proposal. You would make a lot of money," he replies, a little nervously.
"And I would lose!" The CEO clasped his hands together as he looked at Alexandro.
He could be the vice president of his company, but he had no say in the company's decisions since he had no partners. He was the sole owner and didn't have to explain his decisions to anyone.
"I'll listen to the offer, but I can't promise anything, Alexandro. Do you understand?"
"Yes, of course I do. But I'm sure you'll like the proposal. You won't regret it."
He had to, because his job was on the line if Paolo didn't agree to work with the people he had gotten involved with. He needed Paolo's machinery, personnel, and the prestige of his company.

That same morning, Mina looked out the window of her classroom. She had a very early class at the university, and it was annoying because she had a damn hangover that was driving her completely crazy.
Her head was throbbing madly, and the truth was that she wasn't paying any attention to class that day. She promised herself that she would never listen to her friend again about going out anywhere. Claudia was crazy.
How could she have agreed to that crazy idea of going out to a club to get drunk like an idiot and, on top of that, end up with a complete stranger? The young woman rubs her face impatiently, still not sure if she had slept with him.
"Mina!" She turned her face to see her friend frowning. "Pay attention. What's wrong with you?"
"Nothing..."
She shook her head and looked back at her notes. She hadn't written anything down; her mind was elsewhere. She closed her notebook and looked back out the window, feeling discouraged. She was so worried about the consequences, about her parents finding out.
She sighed...
When class ends, Mina slips away from her friend. She doesn't want to be with her; she just wants to go home and forget everything that happened the night before. As she leaves the school, Mina stops immediately when she sees a car parked in front of the building.
Her heart races as she looks at the car.
"It can't be..." she murmurs with her eyes wide open.
Those feelings in the pit of her stomach are terrifying. She licks her lips as she stands still, unable to move. The truth is, she doesn't want to.
Suddenly, she sees the car door open, and the young woman feels like she's about to faint. She blinks several times and in that instant notices a huge man in a suit getting out of the car.
"Damn..."
The turmoil in her vagina was unbearable. What was happening to her? Why was she feeling this way about this stranger?
When Paolo saw that Mina was leaving the institution, the CEO decided to get out of the car, and when he did, he saw her in the distance. He wasn't sure what the hell had made him go looking for her, but he was very sure that he wasn't going to find her drunk or drugged.
He walked around the car and stood in front of it, never taking his eyes off her. She was as if paralyzed, clearly remembering him.
"What the hell do I do?" he says quietly as he watches the stranger.
Then she sees him take something out of his pocket, show it to her, and her eyes immediately widen. It was her ID card. That morning, she had searched desperately for it among her things and hadn't found it. Now she realized why.
She pursed her lips but insisted on staying where she was.
But Paolo did move. He began to walk toward her with firm steps, never taking his eyes off her. When he was close to her, he stopped.
"You left this in my car last night," he said, showing her the card but not handing it over. Mina remained in a trance, refusing to say a word. "Don't you want it back?"
Mina looks at the card and then at the man, then slowly nods.
"In that case, here..." He held out the card, but she looked at it as if it were a dangerous weapon.
She takes a risk and takes a few steps toward him. She couldn't lose that card. How would she explain to her parents that she had mysteriously lost it if she was a sensible daughter? She bites her lip slightly as she reaches out to take the card.
But out of nowhere, the man's hand closes around hers, causing her to look up at him with wide eyes.
"But before that, you and I need to talk."
"What?"
Paolo held Mina a little tighter and then grabbed her by the waist to quickly take her to his car.
"What are you doing?" she resists as she sees him dragging her to the car.
The CEO had no choice but to lift her onto his shoulder again, just like the night before.
And at that moment, Mina's memories immediately came flooding back. She vaguely remembered him doing that the night before, seeing herself on top of him just like at that moment when he was carrying her to his car.
Her heart raced as she began to remember what had happened that night, or rather, small flashes of memories that began to overwhelm her.
By then she was inside the car, the young woman looked around until she heard the sound of the car door and seconds later saw that guy next to her.
"What do you want?"
"You ran away last night."
"What did you expect me to do? I don't know you at all."
Paolo looked at her. She seemed like a simple young student, but the night before she was a completely different person.
"Last night, you were drugged, and a guy was about to fuck you. But I guess you're used to that kind of life."
"What the hell are you talking about?"
Mina looks ahead to remember what he was saying, but the truth is she couldn't remember anything he was saying. All she could think about was the moment she was with him in the car.
"Don't you remember?" She remained silent, which confirmed the CEO's suspicion. "I assumed you were drugged and, on top of that, you were too drunk. It's a shame..."
He turns his body to look ahead. It was disappointing to know that this girl was like all the others, a slut who slept with anyone.
"Get out of my car," Mina looks at this stranger with angry eyes, as he was implying that she was a vulgar whore.
"I'm not a slut, and you're a piece of shit," she says, making a move to open the car door, but she hears the door lock, causing her to look at the door with fear.
