Deputy, we couldn't find anything."

one of the officers said, after thoroughly searching through the entire room.

‎ ‎"That's because I don't have anything on me deputy. Just, my girlfriend and I engaging in random adult activities." he said, with his tongue dancing in his cheeks.

‎ ‎The tension in the room grew with each second, and the deputy's eyes boring holes into my head wasn't exactly helping. ‎

‎"Deputy...."I said, ‎ ‎The words screamed at me to apologize and give him some sort of explanation, ‎

‎"Victoria what do you have to say about this .. mess" his eyes grew wide and tinted with red. ‎

‎I swallowed, but suddenly, reminiscing the sound of Trisha and Carls hot sex sounds. ‎ ‎I nodded my head. ‎ ‎

I wasn't going to let both father and son treat or talk to me like trash.

‎ ‎"He is right., you didn't find anything, you might as well give my boyfriend and I some space to finish what we started. ‎

‎ ‎"No Victoria... that's not true" his voice faltered, "but...Carl says you are a..you know-, Virgin."

‎ ‎I pursed my lips.

‎ ‎Perfect. Carl spoon feeds him all about my life as well. ‎ ‎

Somehow, the room felt quieter than it was before and all I wanted to do was sink. ‎

‎But then the pant sweeping smirk plastered on Lucas's lips were suddenly lost. ‎

‎I needed the ground to open up and swallow my shame, else. ‎ ‎"You know what.... Excuse me."

I walked past the men, storming out of the room with my shoes in my hands.

‎ ‎Where was Becky?

‎ ‎"oh my god Becky.." I placed my hand over my forehead, as I saw her across the car with some random dude. ‎ ‎

She had a bottle of wine in her hand, and for the most part of it, ‎ ‎Becky was highly drunk. ‎ ‎

"Hey, easy. Don't spoil the fun." the random guy slurred as I intruded. ‎

‎"Becky, you were supposed to be sober!" I cried, yanking out the bottle from her hand.

‎ ‎"Now, Im going to have to kill us both in an accident." I cried over a heavily drunk Becky who wouldn't stop counting the stars. ‎ ‎

"Or, I could help you drive home." Lucas said from behind. ‎

‎I whipped my head to face him. " Actually, I remember you now, " I hung my hands above my waist saying.

‎ ‎"You were the creep who stood by my door glass earlier." ‎ ‎"and no I don't need your help" I spat.

‎ ‎"yes, I had impulsively slipped a tiny bit of my substance and I needed it back, ‎ ‎"But you had tears decorated on your face like a human reservoir."he said. ‎

‎"And guess what, you are also a jerk too?, wow excellent." I bit back.

‎ ‎"Listen I don't about your relationship with the deputy and all that drama back in there but I really need you to know Im grateful." ‎

‎"what?" I exhaled. ‎ ‎"For not selling me out, and I don't care if you think you need my help or not but Im not going to let two unstable ladies ride themselves to their deaths." ‎

‎"oh my god, Vicky, that's so hot! Did you screw this one? Because, it'll be so worth it. " Becky said as she staggered to the car. ‎

‎My cheeks grew hot. ‎ ‎"Becky that's enough, just get in the car already."I blinked away.

‎ ‎Lucas got into the car and soon we were half way on the road while I remained burning with embarrassment, liquor, and an achy taste bud.

‎ ‎But most strangely, energy.

‎ ‎"take your left turn." I said looking out of the window. ‎ ‎I didn't want to give a chance to sneak up a look at him, ‎ ‎Not after everything he's heard. ‎

‎"So who is the deputy to you?" he broke the silence. ‎ ‎"that's none of your concern," I said, not taking my eyes off the boring roads.

‎ ‎"Something tells me we are about to be friends, Victoria, that's your name isn't it?"

‎ ‎"well if you must know, the deputy is my boyfriends father and...." ‎ ‎

"Did you just say boyfriend? ‎but you weren't remorseful ‎" he interrupted. ‎

‎"Yes and that's because he cheated." ‎And the last thing I would want to do with you right now is trauma bond."

‎ ‎"so if you don't mind, please step out... my friend and I need to go inside." ‎I said, stepping out of the car as well.

‎ ‎Then he walked over to me. ‎ ‎"fine, but you still have my tiny parcel, fitted underneath your panties." he said casually, tucking his hands firmly into his pockets.

‎ ‎"great." I rolled my eyes. gently shifting up my dress to pull out the parcel, but his eyes remained glued to my every movement.

‎ ‎"Can you take your eyes off for even a second?"

I pulled out the parcel and handed it over to him. ‎

‎"With legs as hot as that, im beginning to think you are not the virgin you claim to be." ‎

‎ ‎My cheeks grew hotter, but so did my temper, ‎ ‎"Do you not have any regard for a lady?" ‎

‎"hey, I think if you didn't want me to see it, you wouldn't have allowed me watch you." He said cockily. ‎

"And something tells me you did." He added with a smirk. ‎

"I think it's best you get out" I said firmly. ‎

"Well I don't think you mean that." He said dismissively.

‎"Now." I repeated. ‎ ‎He tilted his eyebrows up, in surprise. ‎

"And one more thing, I don't want to see you ever again." ‎My words fell cold but from the look on his face, he didn't believe it. ‎

‎Then he stepped backwards. ‎ ‎"Fine."

‎ ‎"You will come looking for me Victoria. And you know where you will find me—, and trust me, I don't think you'll get back as a 'virgin' when I'm done. "

‎ ‎I pursed my lips tightly. ‎ ‎"Arrogant lot." ‎ ‎Just then my phone rang. ‎

‎"mom,,?"

this was unusual. ‎ ‎I searched my head for a possible reason why mom would want to call me. ‎ ‎Then slowly, realization washed me. ‎ ‎I swallowed right on as I answered the phone.

‎ ‎"hello Victoria," ‎ ‎"So, Deputy Charles tells me you are not just the absconded daughter of Lurkin family now," ‎

‎" but you have somehow managed to be a slut too." she said calmly.

‎ ‎"You know that's not true." I tried to speak. ‎

‎"I won't allow you bring shame and disgrace more than you have already done Victoria.- ‎So will you be a darling and honor your sweet mother with a meeting, and bring the toy along with you, he should know never to cross wrong boundaries." ‎ ‎

‎"but I didn't do anything wrong mom...". ‎ ‎i sniffed in.
