Ryu Pov

I was busy typing on my laptop when Marga interrupted me.

"How long can I stay here at your house?" he scolded.

"How many times do I have to tell you that you're going to stay with me until my hickeys disappear?" I calmly responded to him and returned to typing "What are you doing?" he was curious and trying to overlook what I was typingn"A declaration of war between my company and yours."

Why can't I get bored with this girl? Is she bewitched me or i just found her adorable?

"The CEO of Salva Corporation is now married to a former CEO of Avedra Corporation." he read the memo I was making "Are you a few?" he asked me with wide eyes.

I immediately closed my laptop and looked at him.

"What? Do I need to obviously tell them that we're using each other for your revenge? I am just trying to cover your plan." I said casually and smiled at him.

"You have a point." he exclaimed and sat down properly.

Of course I always have a point, darling.

"Can you just sit there quietly and let me finish my work? Or you just want me to waste my time staring at you?" I raised my eyebrows and asked him so he didn't say a word.

I opened my laptop again and continued what I was doing while he was just looking around.

"Are you the only one here?" she asked out of the blue.

"No, you're here." my answer is simple.

"I mean, when I wasn't here. Do you live here alone?" she clarified her question.

"No "I haven't seen anyone here with you since earlier."

"Maybe he's with his wife right now."

"Who is that? There is a husband who still lives here. He needs to be independent."

"My cat, he's always leaving the house to meet his wife in the neighborhood. He only comes home after eating. Annoying, right?"

He looked at me badly after I said that. She's glaring at me like she intends to smash my face.

"Why?" I asked him innocently.

"You're useless to talk to." he snorted and stormed off in front of me.

I laughed a little because of his act. Why? Can't humans and cats live together?

Marga Pov.

I rushed to the kitchen and got some water. Gosh, fuck this hangover.

"Why does he need to announce it? Duh, we can just simply say to other people that I am his wife and he's my husband. No need to announce it all over the business industry." I exclaimed before drinking the water.

But I immediately blew out the water in my mouth because of the shock.

"What the fvck are you doing there?" I shouted at the cat in front of me.

"What happened?" Ryu immediately asked when he approached my habit.

I pointed to the black cat in the sink.

"Knight, come here." he said and the cat immediately came to him.

"You shouldn't scared her like that. What if she had a heart attack? She will d*e without taking her revenge and it will turn her into a vengefvl ghost." he talked to his cat and immediately put it on the floor "Don't bring your kids here." he continued as the cat ran to the other hallway "How did you meet him?" I asked casually.

He looks cute when he's talking to his cat. He's a cat lover, grr.

"I found him at my bar. He's roaming around and always sitting beside me so I decided to bring him here and took care of him." he answered me while still looking in the direction where his cat turned I drank water while looking at his face. He looks sincere.

"I love pvssy." he turned to me.

I immediately spit out the water in my mouth again because of what he said. Another pvssy came to my mind.

"Aren't you mad at the cat?"

"No, he's just hopeless and looking for help and care."

I was struck when he said that, couldn't he be referring to me?

"Are you referring to me?" I raised my eyebrows.

"Of course not. We're talking about knights "It's like you're talking about me "I was restless because he was really talking about me. Hopeless? Looking for help and care? That's how we met.

"Ironic." he answered sparingly and sighed.

"The difference between you and knight, is I am the one who approached you first."I didn't speak immediately. His answer seemed to make me laugh, I admire his honesty "Ah, prepare for a tomorrow evening I came back to my senses when he said that.

"Why? We're going to a party.

"Party? What party?" he didn't answer me and immediately raised the sleeve of the polo shirt he was wearing.

"Hey, what kind of party is that?" I scolded him but he didn't really pay attention to me.

This man likes to spank. The courage to ignore my beauty.

"Aren't you hungry?"

After he finished asking that, my stomach immediately rumbled. Why did you remind me?

"I-I don't know how to cook, so if you think you can use me inside your house, you're wrong. I'm smart but I haven't studied it." I waited and looked away from him.

Maybe that's why he's not letting me out of his house because he's thinking of making me his maid. Duh, I don't even know how to sing.

"Take a seat." he ordered me so I immediately followed him.

What? I'm useless, will I be stubborn? I'm thick He opened the fridge and took out something.

"I'll help you." I volunteered.

"No, just sit there and watch." he replied seriously.

Could he be planning to poison me? I should be the one doing that because I am his temporary maid for the meantime.

So why is he just making me sit here while watching him cook for me? This man must have a plan.

This Devil is definitely suspicious.

But I don't have a choice now either. I really need him to my plan and I don't know how to cook either. Why should I order food because I don't have any money. He's the only choice that I have and the fact that he is rich scares me a lot. I know how crazy rich people can get when things don't go their way. I must go with the flow.

I stopped thinking and my eyes immediately lit up when Ryu put what he cooked in front of me. It smells really good.

"Go on, dig in. This will be good for your hangover." he said and sat in front of me I stared at him first because I really doubted if the food he cooked was poisonous.

"You watched me like you were watching an interesting movie. I am sure you will see if I put something in there."

I blushed because of embarrassment. Pvtek, did he notice that yet? You're all cooked because you're still acting.

I immediately picked up the spoon and tasted the soup. Omygad, I just tasted this delicious chicken soup.

"How is it?"

I immediately adjusted my seat.

"It's good." I tried to make my tone serious.

D*mn, how could you cook so good as well? This is me, just a good contribution to the world.

I looked at Ryu as he handed me toasted bread.

"You're not actually a male witch in disguise planning to fatten me up before eating me, are you?"

He laughed at my question.

"Eating you? Let me think about it later."

Seriously?

"Eating you? Let me think about it later."

After he said that, he immediately laughed. I couldn't speak because of embarrassment. Why the hell did I even ask him that?

putek, what is happening to me? I'm just embarrassing myself in front of this man.

I tasted it and ate again. D*mn this hot devil, he's making me realize how stupid I am.

"By the way, do you see my phone? I can't remember where I left it." when I change our conversation.

"Oh, your phone." he exclaimed and immediately took something from the pocket of his pants.

"I took it along with me when I saw it at the bar's counter. I forgot to give it to you right away since so many things happened." he added and at the same time handed my cellphone to me.

I turned it on, my notification rang one after the other because of the amount of messages. I almost dropped my cellphone when it vibrated.

"Excuse me, I need to pick this up." I said goodbye to Ryu and he immediately nodded and smiled.

I moved away from him a little before answering my secretary's call.

"Yes? What is--"

"Omygad boss, where are you? I've called you several times since last night but I can't reach you. Did you see the news?" he interrupted what I was going to say.

What is he saying? What's up?

"What do you mean? My cellphone has been off since last night so I haven't watched the news yet."

"Shit boss, I am talking about your announcement that you have officially stepped down as CEO last night."

My heart skipped a beat because of what my secretary said. I never made that kind of announcement, this is a mistake.

"I never made that kind of announcement. I didn't step down—"

"I know boss but the rumors are already spreading that you can step down from your position because you're guilty of fraud and misconduct."

It was like the sky fell on me because of what I heard. Guilty? They aren't satisfied for casting me away and stripping me of my position? They even made me make a mistake that I didn't make "Boss, where are you? Do you want me to come see you?"

I didn't answer him and immediately hung up. I looked at my messages and they're all asking about the crime that I never committed. My cellphone rang again but I just stared at it, I don't have enough strength to answer this call.

It feels like I am going to explode anytime. Because of the depth of my thoughts, I didn't notice my cellphone falling from my hand.

Ryu immediately came to me and picked up my phone.

"What happened?" he asked casually.

"Nothing, please turn that phone off." I didn't answer myself and immediately turned away from him.

I can feel my body shaking and I know I'm about to cry. I don't want him to see me crying.

He was about to speak when the doorbell suddenly rang.

"I'll be right back." he said before walking away.

The moment he left, that's when my tears came out. How could they do this to me? Do they want to destroy me completely? Why? I haven't done anything wrong.

"I swear, I'll make you all pay for every single wrong you've all done to me." I exclaimed and immediately wiped my tears.

"I have to do something now. I'm not going to let them destroy me forever." I added while walking to the living room.

"I will never give up— wait isn't that Mr. West? My emote stopped when I saw Ryu talking to Mr. West is the secretary of SK Techno Company.

"What is he doing here?"
