Chapter 2

Krystal POV

"She's Laura Milerio your roommate, and she's also your classmate" Miss Valerie introduced "Tomorrow will be your first day to study here in our Academy. I hope you two can get along, I have to go,"

I walk inside the room after Miss Valerie left

"You don't have a class?" I asked because she had her uniform on and when we walk pass the classrooms, I saw that they have their classes.

"I have a class but Miss Valerie informed me I will have my roommate starting today, so I cleaned this room 'cause it's a mess" she answered

I just nodded and put my things on the other bed

"I'm Laura Milerio and you are?"

"Krystal... Krystal Lacaster"

"What's your charm?"

"What charm?" I asked, confused.

"You didn't know? It was something like magic kinda like that. Then look at your arm there's a mark something like butterfly or whatever, it depends on your charm," she said then i immediately look at my arm but only a fade mark was there.

"This mark?" I ask and show her my wrist she just nodded "But it fades and I thought it was nothing,"

"Do you even know your charm?"

"No. Magic doesn't exist" I deny it because it doesn't even exist

"Yes it is, watch and learn,"

After what she said the room becomes a mess, there is sand everywhere!

Wait, what? Sand? How did it get here?

"How did this happen?"

"Because I use my charm" she smirked and in a flick of her fingers, the sand is now gone and the room came back to normal

"Wow cool. I believe now," I smiled at her.

"Miss Valerie wouldn't invite you if you're not special," she said and she sits on her bed "You have to rest because tomorrow will be your first day,"

"Yeah, maybe I shall rest now"

-The Next Day-

So yeah, I didn't get a sleep last night because I am thinking if magic exists like is my whole life a lie? 

I got my uniform on and from what we discussed yesterday I am going with Laura because I might get lost and the Academy is so big.

While we are walking in the hallway, I can hear and see some students gossiping maybe because I am new here. God, does they also have some charms?

"Here we are. Welcome Krystal to Class A,"

I look inside the room and saw some students eyeing me from head to toe. Laura walks inside so I walk inside too.

"You can sit here beside me,"

"Yeah, thanks,"

I gasp when one of my classmates hits my table "New student, huh? What's your charm, Ms. New girl?" She asked while eyeing me.

"Shut up Lea you don't have to know" Laura rolled her eyes on the girl, maybe it annoys her and she's the only one who in this Academy knows that I have no charm or any special abilities

"I didn't ask you Laura I'm asking this new girl no need to interrupt us. I heard that you don't even have some special abilities, so who the heck even let you in this Academy?"

I got shocked and the students around us gasp and their attention is now on us.

"Did I spill the tea?" She asked.

I can't take this anymore, so I got up and walk out of the room.

I don't know why but tears keep on forming in my eyes. Damn, this tears keep on blocking my sight.

I didn't know where am I but the only thing I know is that I am here in this place full with flowers, I think it's the garden and it's in the back of the Academy.

I got tired from running, so I sat on the bench and look at the sky. It's my first day, and I got so sensitive about what that girl said I know she’s right but does she have to say it out that loud?

“Oi, what are you doing here?”

I look on where the voice came from and I saw a boy on the tree sitting there with his bag on his right shoulder.

“This is my territory,”
