Please it is Nigerian Secret Teenage Spies [N. S. T. S].

I don't know how I kept making the same mistake without even realizing it.

FERANMI BLINKED her eyes twice before it adjusted to the light intensity in the room. She found a drip attached to her hand and the previous events came running to her. She had decided to let go after finishing the twentieth round.

"You are awake"

Feranmi turned and saw Creek standing by the door. She turned her eyes away from him as she turned upwards and tried to find out where the light was coming from.

"Its good to see you are fine. Tomorrow, 5am sharp" Creek said before walking away.

A female doctor walked inside with smiles. Feranmi sat up immediately.

"Don't worry you are fine. Since you've woken up, everything is fine then" the doctor said.

"Thank you. Please get the drip off my hand too" Feranmi said as her stomach grumbled. She was hungry!

The female doctor laughed as she removed the drip "You've broken Bambi's record. You finished the rounds" the doctor said as Feranmi turned expressionless.

"Who's Bambi?" Feranmi asked.

"Youngest member of the Elite team" a voice replied and Feranmi turned to see an unfamiliar guy striding towards her. Feranmi's mouth went dry.

How could N. S. T. S accommodate so many handsome guys?

"Sub-Captain Archie, its nice to see you" the doctor said.

"Its good to see you again Doctor Steph" Archie replied flashing her a bright smile.

"Yeah. No casualties from this mission?" Doctor Stephanie asked.

"Nope. Just some slight bruises but we good" Archie replied with a smile.

"You should get into the Elite team soon" Doctor Steph said as she turned to Feranmi.

"I wish you the best in N. S. T. S" she added before walking out.

"Hello, I'm Sub-Captain Archie nice to meet you" Archie said.

"14" Feranmi simply replied as she climbed out of bed and wore her boots.

"I know heard about you" Archie replied.

"That's nice" Feranmi replied straightening up.

"I'm a friend to your brother" Archie said as Feranmi's eyes brightened.

"You attend Unilag too?" Feranmi asked.

Archie laughed "Yeah. We still spoke some days ago, he said he missed his younger sister" Archie said.

Feranmi pouted "I miss him too" Feranmi said.

"You broke Bambi's record, its amazing" Archie added as they both walked out of the room.

"How old is she?" Feranmi asked.

"Currently fifteen but when she joined last year; her results were totally crazy. Its rare to have an A in weaponry class, she had a freaking A-, almost an A+" Archie replied.

"She joined the Elite team straight up" Archie added.

"Elite team?" Feranmi asked puzzled as her stomach growled. Feranmi placed her hands on her stomach embarrassed.

Archie laughed "Go get something to eat first" Archie said.

Feranmi walked to the dining hall and discovered that they had eaten. Feranmi groaned as she turned around.

"Hey" someone called and Feranmi turned to see a short girl walking towards her.

"Hi" Feranmi said.

"You are 14 right?" She asked.

"Yes" Feranmi replied.

The girl walked into the kitchen and came out with a warmer and handed it over to her.

"Normally you know once you miss food, you miss it. Commander Fredrick came to tell us to keep your food" the girl said Feranmi's eyes widened in surprise.

"Commander Fredrick?" Feranmi asked.

"Yes" the girl replied patiently.

Feranmi chuckled "I haven't seen him since I got here, Tsk" Feranmi said as she turned and started walking to her dorm.

Curious glances were sent her way as she walked. Feranmi couldn't help but feel prideful at the fact. The day had almost ended and she hadn't done her assigment and besides, she didn't have a good knowledge about this place.

Feranmi gripped the handle of the warmer tighter remembering what Archie said.

"Weaponry class, how's is gonna be?" Feranmi asked shaking her head with a smile.

She pushed open the door of the dorm and found it noisy. The once empty dorm was now filled. Feranmi could see that all the empty beds the day before was now occupied.

The girls glanced at her before resuming talking. PH was the first to run towards her.

"Are you okay?" PH asked.

"Yes, I'm fine now" Feranmi replied as Mimi and Moon heaved a sigh of relief.

"Don't scare us like that again" Crest said quietly.

"Are you okay? You were the first to fall down" Feranmi asked as Crest pouted.

"Are you mocking me? I don't just have physical determination okay?" Crest said in a playful tone as the girls burst into laughter.

One if the girls walked to the middle of the dormitory and clapped her hands.

"New recruits, assemble" The girl said as PH and others rushed out.

"My name is Yellow. I'm the dorm cap of this room. Unfortunately when you were brought it yesterday, all of us were on different missions so we are sorry for not receiving you" the girl said.

"Welcome to N. S. T. S." Yellow added.

The other girls started echoing the same statement while introducing themselves.

"So introduce yourselves" Yellow said with a smile.

"Crest" Crest said playing with the ends of her shirt.

"Mimi" Mimi said with a smile.

"Moon" Moon said.

"PH" PH said with a smile

"14" Feranmi said and the girls turned to her.

"The one who broke Bambi's record?" Angel asked.

Feranmi nodded in affirmative.

"That's nice" Yellow said before saying a few things and dispersing them.

Feranmi watched as her bunkmate climbed into her bed and started reading a novel. She remembered her introducing herself as Zara. She looked reserved so Feranmi didn't try to start a conversation with her

Feranmi sat down and ate her food silently. She walked to the bathroom and washed the warmer in the sink before returning to the room. Feranmi brought out her notes and started doing her assigments.

She bit into the edge of her pen once in a while before resuming writing.

"14, we are going to take a walk; want to come along?" Mimi asked.

Feranmi shook her head "No thanks" Feranmi replied turning back to her books.

The girls walked out leaving Feranmi in the room. She soon finished her assigment and then carried the warmer with her before heading back to the kitchen.

She carried her headset before sticking it on her head. Raising it to the loudest volume,  Halloween by Jon Bellion flowed into her ears.

Feranmi bobbed her head to the song as she walked back to the kitchen.

"Frost" Feranmi called out.

Frost who was talking with his team members turned and wore a smile. Some of the girls frowned as Feranmi approached.

Feranmi removed her headset without stopping the music.

"Good evening" Feranmi said with a smile.

"You good?" Frost asked.

Feranmi gave a wide grin in reply. Frost looked taken aback by her beautiful smile.

"Excuse me recruit, its Captain Frost, not Frost" a girl snapped at her making Feranmi's eyes to widen.

"Captain Frost?" Feranmi asked.

"Yes" the girl replied

Feranmi raised an eyebrow at Frost while Frost laughed

"Sorry I didn't say" Frost said making his team mates surprised.

When did their Captain become so nice?  Not just nice; to a girl!

"It's no big deal Captain Frost" Feranmi said checking and liking how 'Captain' rolled off her tongue.

Frost smiled lightly "Where are the others?" Frost asked.

"Went for a stroll" Feranmi replied.

"Why didn't you go along?" Frost asked.

"I was doing my assigments" Feranmi replied.

"Did Crest go along?" Frost asked.

"Hmmm" Feranmi replied.

Frost looked thoughtful for a moment "14, can you do me a favour?" Frost asked.

"You are 14?" A guy asked and Feranmi nodded.

"Whoa!" Another girl said as Feranmi gave a polite smile.

"She's the one who broke Bambi's record bah?" A girl asked.

"Yup " the first guy replied.

"What's so special about it?" A girl snorted.

"El, abeg. Last time I checked during your own time; you fell at round 8, you didn't even get to 10" the guy said.

Feranmi burst into laughter. Noticing the looks they were giving her, Feranmi smiled and stopped laughing.

Frost sighed as he glanced at his team mates. This girl was going to cause in ruckus in the N. S. T. S. That he was sure of.

"You have a beautiful laugh" one of the girls said.

"Thanks senior" Feranmi said as she turned to Frost.

"How can I help?" She asked.

"Go and look for Tat, tell him I said he should take you to Eyes. When you meet Eyes, tell him I said Project Gfash is on" Frost said.

Feranmi watched as his teammates looked in confusion. She nodded slowly not making any comment. She couldn't make an head or tail of the statement. It didn't concern her anyways so she wasn't going to mind.

"Senior, what's are your names?" Feranmi asked the girl who told her her smile was beautiful and the guy who spoke up for her

"Call me Li" the guy said

"Moana" the girl said

She liked the way the girl's eyes bulged with excitement and sincerity. Something told her she was going to make it big.

Feranmi smiled "You guys have a mission right?" Feranmi asked.

Moana nodded with a smile.

"Eee, Seniors you must not get hurt huh?" Feranmi said as Lee laughed.

"We won't" Li replied as Feranmi nodded.

"Goodluck Captain Frost" Feranmi said with a wink as she sauntered off.

Frost chuckled shaking his head at the girl's wink. He turned back to his team mates, a stone cold expression on his face. The earlier gentleness in his eyes long gone.
