Chapter 6.

Nick's Pov.

The next morning, remembering it was my girlfriend's birthday i had a quick shower and got ready to pick Beauty for school remembering that I had to rehearse the lie I had to tell her so as not to blow up the suprise party details.

I made it downstairs for breakfast.

"Thanks, Mrs Kim" I uttered dropping the dirty dishes in the sink.

"You're welcome"

I threw her a smile and turned to walk away when she stopped me "Nick wait", I turned as she said "your parents will like to see you in their study".

Not having a choice, I sighed and dragged myself towards their study. I held onto the handle and opened the door.

"Take a seat" my mom said ushering me to the dining table

"Thanks" I said and sat down

"We heard you will be proposing to beauty today, is that true" my dad asked.

"Um yeah" I mumbled as they looked curiously at me "I love her so much and I'll want to spend the rest of my life with her mom and dad".

Looking at me with smiles on their faces " we are so happy you've decided to settle down and you have made the right choice" my dad said.

"I'll have a daughter at last, I can't wait to see Mrs sky again, it's like this is the end to pampering you cause I have a new child" she teased before coming to give me a hug.

"We would like to have dinner with the sky family after the proposal and I'm sure Mr sky will be proud of his girls, may his gentle soul rest in peace"my dad said as I walked through the door while saying

"Amen"

Leaving my house in my car I drove to my baby's house, "I'm downstairs" I said as soon as she picked up my call, "okay I'm coming" she said.

Telling her my rehearsed lies as my plans for today.

"Are you sure you are going to be okay" she asked, I nodded "sunshine I'll be back as soon as I wrap up with my appointment"

"I love you baby girl, I will be here to pick you up after your lecture to give you my present" to which she nodded to.

" Okay I love you too" she smiled and got out of the car as soon as I saw her safely entering the building, starting back my car I drove back to the Sky's residence to help Brittany and Andrew with the birthday party preparation.

After few hours.

Laughing at a joke said by Andrew, I took a quick glance at the clock "shit I'm late" I said as I ran out of the house towards my car.

As I turned to park my car, I saw a notification from Brittany

Brittany- it's all set

Me- thanks we will be there in 10 minutes

"See you tomorrow Lucas" beauty said as soon as she saw my car running towards my direction while I did the bro hand shake with Lucas.

"You are late" she said, staring at how beautiful she looked, i captured her lips with mine while unbuckling her seat beat she wrapped her legs around me as I traced sweet kisses from her lips down to her neck causing her to moan.

Pulling away before things became intense in the car even though I didn't mind "I'm so sorry I'm late sunshine, I promise to make today special but let's head to your house so you can change into something comfortable" so happy as she didn't question my thought on her outfit I started the car.

10 minutes later.

"Come on, I'll love to have a glass of water" I said hurrying towards the door dragging her along, allowing her take the first step, she gasped.

"Surprise" everyone shouted.

Whispering into here ears "your sister pulled it all of with a little help from I and Andrew though"

"You always had your way with flattering me, she's my kid sister after all, Nick" her sister Brittany said tapping my shoulder playfully before looking at beauty wishing her happy birthday and telling her where her birthday outfit is.

Going to the bathroom to fix my face and calm my nerves"it's today Nick" I said to myself, looking for my Sunshine I grabbed a glass of drink and decided to go check up on her in her room"

I walked into the room with the glass of drink"here you go" I said as I handed it over before turning to Andrew.

"What were you two whispering about" I asked sliding my hand around her waist, not withstanding the urge "you look breathtaking and beautiful tonight" I said as I leaned in for a kiss as she giggled happily kissing me back.

"There goes my virgin eyes guys" Andrew said breaking us from our moment, "yeah right" she said.

Chuckling as I let go of her wrist saying "let's go say hi to some friends" to which they both nodded to in approval following me back to the party.

On getting downstairs, Brittany pulled beauty into a hug, looking at me I gave Beauty a soft smile to which she returned as her sister took has to greet her guests.

5 minutes later.

Deciding to interrupt them "sorry to interrupt ladies but I'll love to dance with the birthday girl"

Dancing, I moved my hand to grope her ass "someone is thinking of something else other than dancing" she said as she smacked my shoulder playfully, I wonder what's with the sky ladies and my shoulder though I thought while snickering as she wrapped her hands around me leaning in for a kiss which I obliged to happily.

Breaking the kiss, seeing it was the perfect time since everyone was dancing around us, looking into her eyes "I have cracked my brain for a billion ways to do this right and trust me this wasn't how I planned things to happen tonight"

"Nick" she breathed my name out of her lips

"I've never felt this way for anyone and I would move heaven and earth to be by your side everyday, so Ive been thinking that after we are done with college studies"

I sunk to my knees pulling out the ring "Beauty Sky, let me love you, cherish you, adore you for the rest of my life... be mine, will you marry me".

"Yes, Nick Harper! I will marry you" she said pressing kisses to my face I smiled sliding the diamond ring on her finger as she buried her face in my neck hugging me tightly.

I pulled back to look at her

"If you don't like the ring, I..."

She chuckled pausing me

"It's perfect"

"I love your" I whispered and hurled her into my arms, my lips seeking hers while teasing her with the slow movement of my lips against hers pouring out all my emotions into the kiss before letting go.

"Congratulations guys" our friends said while her friend took her to gosh over the ring and the proposal, "seem like you just bagged the woman of your dreams" Lucas said as we both looked at our self and laughed.

"What a beautiful day so perfect" I thought.

After some hours.

"Have you seen beauty, some of our friends want to take pictures with her" asked Leah one of Brittany's friend, shaking my head i said "no".

"Brittany told me to look for her while she brings out the cake" she said still looking around

"She will be with one of her friends, let me go and look for her" I said looking for Gabriella incase she knows anything about beauty whereabout.
