Around the pack

KURT’S POV

Rosa accepted to hold my arm as we went down the stairs and I won't deny that the current that ran through my body drove me crazy.

‘I want her!’ Thorin whimpered, eager to get Rose on all fours and take her right there, in front of everyone. ‘Ours!’

"No! We cannot!" I scolded him. I understood him, of course. Rosa was deliciously perfect and it was very difficult to keep the monster between my legs, inside my trousers. I wanted her!

I kept Thorin in the back of my mind. If he continued, and decided to push too hard, he'd take her and I'd be in a damn mess.

"Where are we going, exactly?" she asked me, smiling. I opened the front door for her and saw Finn with a bowl of cornflakes, leaning against the doorway that led to the kitchen hall. He smiled in a way like I was going to have fun. I just shook my head and left the Packhouse.

“Let's take a walk around the pack” I replied “The little town is a little far away, so we need to go by car, okay?”

She nodded, looking at me with those brown eyes that, with the sunlight bouncing off it, made reddish streaks dance in her irises.

“Thanks for being so good to me,” she finally said as we got into the car.

“You don’t have to thank me.”

"Of course I do! You saved me from that miserable life I was living.”

I gripped the steering wheel harder at being reminded of that. Those bastards!

“You'll never go through anything like that again, Rosa. I promise you.’ I looked up from the road to catch a glimpse of her and… I can't get over how perfect she is. The perfect female.

"I believe you," She said and smiled, looking through the window. I saw her cheeks turn red.

"What 's up?”

“It's just…You look nothing like the ruthless Alpha I've heard so much about. You are very cool. And kind.”

“Don't you dare spread the word, or I'll lose my big bad wolf reputation.”

I saw a glimmer of…Desire in her eyes. My pants were too tight for me.

“Rosa… I hope to provide you with everything you need to be happy.”

She bit her lip and shifted her eyes to my mouth. She must have no idea what she was doing.

"Thanks," she replied in a soft voice.

"We're almost there." I said and cleared my throat. I couldn't stare at her too long or, with or without Thorin, I would attack her.

I parked the car and walked around the vehicle, opening the door and offering my hand to Rosa. Her dress rose when she moved her leg so she could come down. Temptation! I felt my throat dry, while another part was leaking liquid.

The first stop was the restaurant, because please, I had to eat. And Rosa hadn't had lunch yet, so making sure she was satisfied was a priority. In all possible meanings.

She looked around in wonder. I don't want to brag, but I had a very well structured pack. I hated messes, so I kept a tight rein on everything. There was nothing but leaves falling from the trees in the streets. No dirty. Ever.

I opened the restaurant door and the smell of food invaded my nostrils in an absurd way. Rosa walked in first and turned to me. That dress looks amazing on her.

"Where are we going to sit?" She asked.

“Down there at the bottom. You can sit there and I'll go to the restroom first. I’ll be right back.”

“All right!” She said and walked away. I waited until she sat down and went to my destination. I couldn't stay close to her without relieving myself. It was not possible!

I had to do that twice. I think my abstinence was getting the better of me. I just couldn't stop thinking about sex and imagining Rosa in every possible position. But what a damn torture!

More relieved, I left the bathroom, however, what I saw made me want to kill someone! Rosa was sitting where I had indicated her, however, she was not alone! And no, it wasn't a male on top of her, but a bunch of them!

I couldn't help myself and my growl echoed through the room. Immediately, the other males cleared the way and I could only see red!

"Alpha Kurt!" one of them said, daring to smile at me and then turn to look at Rosa!

“What do you want here?” And I controlled myself, because Rosa was close and I didn't want to look like a monster. She'd said I was cool and all.

“I saw this beautiful young she-wolf and… I couldn't resist it.” He turned to Rosa again.”I'd love to be able to chat more, get to know you, Rosa. I can show you the pack!”

I needed to take a deep breath, gathering all my willpower to not make a big mistake!

“I'm going to show Rosamund around the pack.” I made sure to say her name, because only I could call her Rosa.

“OK I understand. But… Welcome, Rosa. We can walk later, anyway. The pack has a lot to see and one day is just not enough!”

But how… Daring! Didn't he realize I didn't want him near her?

"Fuck off," I said, as politely as possible. He looked at me like an idiot.

"Excuse me, Alpha?"

"I told you to get the hell out of here!"

"But…" He glanced at Rose, who shook her head. Was she… protecting him?

“Rosa... let's go.”

"But we didn't…" She started, but stopped and didn't say anything else, getting to her feet. With her head down, she stayed close to me. Damn it, I could smell the fear on her. And it was all my fault!

I moved closer to her, so I could whisper in her ear.

“I'll take you somewhere else, Rosa,” I said more softly. She looked at me, a little confused, but nodded.

I held her hand and we got out of there.

The eyes on us were obvious, but I didn't care. Rosa was mine and no male would lay eyes on her! Unless they wanted to lose their eyesight!

We got in the car and I had to huff. Then I heard a giggle. I looked to the side and Rosa was cupping her hand over her mouth.

"May I know what's funny, Miss Rosa?"

She looked at me, smiling, her eyes merry.

"It's just that you said no one would mess with me, but…"

"I wasn't around!" I defended myself “If you had my scent on you, this wouldn't have happened!”

Yes, my scent! If she was marked by me… Rose looked at me scared.

“Your…Scent?”

Ah, screw that! I pulled her by the back of her neck and kissed her.
